I Thought I Will Never Write Again

Sometimes you have to take a break to realise the importance of things.

We all go through cycles in life. Depending on the life situation our ability to keep doing things we like or things that make us a better person lose their priority.

It is a very natural reaction of our bodies — to take care of the urgent and heavily use our self-protection instinct. Does it mean we are losing ourselves in this rush of fixing the broken, chasing the upgrade, fighting the illness, and etc.? No. Definitely, no.

There comes a day when you wake up in the morning and suddenly you breathe deeper, you feel lighter, you are grounded and present. And what is more important — you have made peace with the reality.

This requires patience, self-work, surrounding yourself with positive people, taking care of your inner peace and not giving up on yourself. There is always the blue sky behind the clouds, as they say.

What can help bring this perspective? I have nothing than the present moment to offer. Once you start to appreciate and be grateful for what you have, you will find more and more of it, you will see that what you have is enough.

Often times we chase the future or dissolve in our past. But once you realise that LIFE IS NOW, it is this moment that becomes the past and it is this moment that you were anticipating, you stop traveling in time ! Making “the now” a happy moment, a moment where you find yourself free from thoughts and prejudices, open for the new and ready for the discoveries, then you realise how much power you have over your life and your well-being.

When “the now” is enough, when it doesn’t require anyone or anything else to make you feel better, you come to realise how meaningless are your worries and concerns, how beautiful life is and how simple it is to be happy.

This raises your curiosity for life and brings your attention to the things that matter now. Which at the same time lifts you up and improves your mood. When there is no past and no future to dwell on, your focus lies on what is here and now. And that is when the magic happens.

I have faith in all of us being more self-aware and more present. Let me rephrase: I have faith in all of us coming back to our roots and to the state of mind and spirit when we are fully here and now. Because that is all we have. And that is enough.

And I called the article “I Thought I Will Never Write Again” because everything above helped me come back to what I really like —sharing the knowledge and experience with the power of words. I had the urge to put these thoughts down and spread them. And if at least one person finds this article helpful, I consider my “here and now” serving not only me a great service, but also people that are on their path to their true selves.
